Drone Rush: a drone combat racer in your browser

Twelve pilots, three laps, one steel track floating in black space. Pick one of four drone frames, hold the throttle, hit the glowing pads, tuck in behind a rival for a slipstream, then shoot them down before the line.

How to play

Four frames, four ways to race

Kestrel is balanced, Needle is the fastest, Anvil has the thickest armour and Mistral boosts the longest. Each has its own pace, armour, cooling and fuel.

A 4 km orbital circuit

A floating steel deck with glowing rails, a launch crest for airtime, a shipyard full of cranes and a tube through a space station.

Weapons and defence

A laser that heats up as you fire, homing missiles, mines dropped behind you, a barrier that blocks missiles and pushes rivals, and a short overdrive surge.

Style pays

Boost pads, slipstreams and clean near misses all add Style points. Chain them to build a combo up to x15.

Rivals that fight back

Eleven AI drones at three skill levels pass, dodge mines, raise barriers against missiles and spread their fire across targets.

Phone and desktop

Touch controls on phones, keyboard or gamepad on computers. Graphics quality steps down automatically on slower devices.
