Neon sci-fi racing game built for PC and mobile — full art + dev by Golden Sea.

The brief
From a real problem to a working product.
Cyber Race was Golden Sea's own IP — designed, funded, and built internally. We wanted to prove our team could deliver a premium racing experience from scratch, end to end.
The visual direction is full cyberpunk: neon-soaked cityscapes, holographic signage, hover vehicles with magnetic rail sections. The art team built all environments in Blender and imported into Unity with HDRP for the PC version and URP for mobile — two separate render pipelines, same asset pipeline.
Vehicle physics were custom-built, not off-the-shelf. We needed hover behavior that felt weighty and responsive, not floaty. Multiple iterations of the physics controller were tested before we landed on a feel that worked. The result is a game that looks like a major studio title and plays surprisingly deep for a mobile racing game.
