The brief

From a real problem to a working product.

GUNFUNNY started as an idea: make a fast, fun shooter that anyone could pick up in 60 seconds but still want to play for months. Golden Sea Studios handled the full production cycle — game design, character art, animation, backend infrastructure, and store submission.

The core loop is tight: jump in, shoot, earn, upgrade. PvP matchmaking via Photon keeps latency low for players across Southeast Asia, the US, and Europe. A seasonal battle pass drives long-term retention without pay-to-win mechanics.

Post-launch, we ran live ops — balancing patches, limited-time events, and A/B-tested monetization flows. The game hit top charts in several markets within the first two weeks of release.
