The brief

From a real problem to a working product.

KING OF GUN was a full outsourcing engagement — the client came to us with a concept and brand direction, and Golden Sea took it from GDD (Game Design Document) to App Store submission.

The game features a roster of military-themed hero characters, each with unique abilities and weapon affinities. We designed and balanced 20+ weapons across pistols, rifles, SMGs, and heavy ordnance. The progression system — experience, upgrades, unlocks — was built to keep players engaged across a 6-month content roadmap.

Our team managed the full production pipeline: concept art, 3D modeling, rigging, animation, audio integration, UI design, backend setup on PlayFab, and both iOS and Android store submissions. The client handled marketing; we handled everything technical.
